Study Planner: Give AI Your Exam Date and Get a Full Plan

When this happens

Finals are coming up and you don't know where to start. You open your planner and the whole evening goes into making a plan. Give AI your exam date, today's date, your subjects and how long you can study each day, and you'll get a week-by-week plan to start from. The AI does the planning; you still do the studying.

Ask like this

YouMy finals are on Dec 7 and today is Nov 16. Subjects: English, math, science, history. I can study 2 hours a day. Make a weekly study plan table up to the day before. Last week = review.
AIYou have 21 days, exactly 3 weeks. I split your 2 hours a day into 30 minutes for each of your 4 subjects. Week | Dates | Focus Week 1 | Nov 16–22 | Learn: reread your notes and textbook, one-page summary per subject Week 2 | Nov 23–29 | Practice: work through practice problems and mark the ones you miss Week 3 | Nov 30–Dec 6 | Review: redo missed problems and skim everything on the test Sample day: English 30 min β†’ math 30 min β†’ science 30 min β†’ history 30 min If you miss a day, tell me and I'll spread what's left over the days you have.

Tips for better results

  1. Add what the test covers

Paste in what each test covers and the AI can give more time to the subjects with more material.

Here's what each test covers. Rebalance the time per subject based on how much material there is.
  2. Missed a day? Ask for a new plan

Falling behind doesn't mean starting over. In the same chat, say what you missed and it will rework the rest of the plan.

I didn't get to math today. Rework the plan for the days I have left.
  3. Pull out just today's tasks

If the weekly table feels like too much, ask for today's tasks only. Copy them into your planner or notes app and check them off.

Give me a short checklist of just today's tasks.

FAQ

Can I hand in this plan for a school assignment?

Check your school's AI rules first. If the plan itself is the assignment, don't turn in the AI's table as is; rework it around your own schedule so it's really your plan.

My exams are on different days.

List each subject's exam date. The AI will plan to wrap up the earliest ones first.

My free time changes from day to day.

Tell it when you can study on each day, like "weekday evenings after practice, weekend mornings," and it will plan around that.
